Historical School Administration (1902–1971)
Following the development of Brahmangaon High School into a High English School in 1902, a formal governing body was established in accordance with the educational regulations applicable at the time, including the requirements associated with the University of Calcutta.

Following the development of Brahmangaon High School into a High English School in 1902, a formal governing body was established in accordance with the educational regulations applicable at the time.
From the British period through the Pakistan period and until the independence of Bangladesh in 1971, a succession of individuals served as Secretary and played important roles in the administration and continuity of the school.
The following is the historically preserved list of Secretaries who served the institution between 1902 and 1971.

Historical Note on the Presidency
Historical accounts indicate that the local sub-divisional administrative authority served in an ex officio leadership role in the school's governing body during this period.
Because administrative structures and official titles changed between the British and Pakistan periods, the historical record should not be interpreted as meaning that one identical administrative title remained in use throughout the entire period from 1902 to 1971.
Continuity of School Leadership
The Ghosh family played an important role in the establishment and early development of the institution. Prabhat Chandra Ghosh was closely associated with the school's advancement to a High English School in 1902 and subsequently served as Secretary during its formative years.
As members of the Ghosh family later established their permanent residence in Kolkata, responsibility for the administration of the school passed to members of the Poddar family of Sanihati village.
Members of the Poddar family subsequently served the institution for many years. Batakrishna Poddar served from 1919 to 1930, Dr. Upendralal Poddar from 1931 to 1939, and Shri Bipul Chandra Poddar from 1940 to 1947.
The School After the Partition of 1947
The Partition of British India in 1947 brought major political and social changes throughout Bengal. According to the locally preserved history of the institution, Brahmangaon High School entered a particularly difficult period following Partition.
At this critical stage, Md. Yunus Ali Bepari of Jhautia village assumed responsibility for the school. With the cooperation and support of members of the local Muslim community, he played an important role in maintaining the institution and ensuring the continuation of its educational activities.
He served as the school's secretary from 1948 to 1957 . This period was particularly important in maintaining the continuity of the school after the political and social changes of 1947.
Later, Abdul Latif Bepari, Hazrat Ali Mollah, Abdul Latif Bepari, M. M. Hossain, Samad Khan, Dr. Amir Hossain Mollah continued this responsibility as secretary and played a role in advancing the school's educational activities until the emergence of independent Bangladesh in 1971.
A Tradition of Community Leadership
The administrative history of Brahmangaon High School reflects the collective contribution of different families, individuals and communities across generations.
From the early leadership associated with the Ghosh family, through the long period of responsibility undertaken by the Poddar family, to the leadership of Md. Yunus Ali Bepari and subsequent Secretaries, the institution survived significant political, social and geographical changes.
Their contributions form an important part of the institutional history of present-day Brahmangaon Multipurpose High School.
